GABD is led by Kate Cox in London and Gowri Balasegaram in Kuala Lumpur. Jonathan Aeberhard, the original GABD founder, works between both offices as global CEO. Gareth Ellis is the Creative Director.

The team first met working in advertising in London aeons ago and are happily reunited again under the G.A name. Their strategic and insight-driven approach uses the proprietary G.A "Resonance" model which places the brand concept at the heart of the design process. This is particularly relevant for large-scale infrastructure, residential or hospitality projects where focus on the core consumer need can be lost in the fog of execution.
