We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly London studio.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to work within an exciting creative industry. You will be the first point of contact and will be required to represent the company both positively and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will range from taking calls, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging couriers and travel, acting as a personal assistant to the Directors as well as organising office supplies and maintenance and facilitating the Health and Safety requirements of the London office.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaising with high end, international clients, visitors, suppliers and staff at all levels. A flexible, can-do attitude is a must as you will be required to assist with all areas of the business.
You will be highly organised, attentive and a proven multitasker with a minimum of 2 years’ office administration experience. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and you must have the ability to work alone and to take initiative. Overall you will have enthusiasm and willingness to help others. Experience of working within a creative industry is a benefit.
