Using the Careers Message Portal

• Please read the Terms of Use of Careers Webpage and review our publicized roles before using the message portal.

Individual candidates:

• We welcome independent applications for publicised roles using the portal – it is not necessary to be represented by a recruitment agency.
• If there is no publicised role, we would still like to receive speculative applications from individual candidates, which may be held on file in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Recruitment agencies:

• If there is no publicised role, please do not submit any speculative applications or introductions unless we have formally ag with you in advance that we will accept these.
• Any recruitment agency wishing to earn a fee from introducing a candidate later hired by a G.A Group company, must first have in place a valid Agreement signed by one of our company directors.
• If you would like one please use the message portal to request one and wait until one is in place before introducing any candidates.
• After submitting a request for an Agreement there is no need to follow up, we will contact you in due course to provide a draft agreement if your services suit our needs.
• We do not accept standard recruitment agency terms of business so please do not send any.
• Any Agreement and any changes to it will only be valid if signed by a company director of a G.A Group company.
• If or when you have a valid Agreement in place you must use the message portal for each and every new introduction unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Do not use any other means to make new introductions (e.g. direct emails to our staff or messages via social media to introduce a candidate etc) as these are invalid.


• After applying for a role or making a valid introduction there is no need to follow up. We will contact you should we wish to interview the candidate or ask for additional information.
• Recruitment agency users of this message portal are expected to be discerning regarding the quality, quantity and suitability of candidates introduced.
• Messages or attachments containing security threats of any kind will automatically be quarantined and/or deleted. Please ensure your device(s) are protected by up-to-date security software.
