Senior Project Manager
Background
As a Global studio you will be embedded into project teams as required
spanning our 5 global studio locations, assisting on the delivery of our
contracted deliverables for the interior and architectural design of luxury hotel
projects internationally.
This role will be focussed initially on a key hotel project based in the Middle
East region.
You will be required to integrate with the internal design team, understanding
the contract and deliverables, whilst managing key milestones and current
project status
You will be expected to interface directly with the client’s project management
company and the clients, in collaboration with the Design Director and internal
Finance and Administration Team in G.A Group
Reporting
– You will report to the CEO and Director of Finance and Administration and
collaborate closely with the project director for your assigned projects.
Experience & Qualifications
– Minimal requirement of Degree in relevant discipline from a reputable
University.
– Preference will be granted to those candidates with specific PMO accreditation
from international Project Management organisations.
– Minimum of 10 years of project management experience demonstrating relevant
project management experience – ideally in a high-end design or
the architectural firm of similar standing to G.A Group, where expectations of
quality of design is paramount to the success of the project.
– Proven ability to demonstrate the effective delivery of duties from initial brief
through delivery to final completion.
– Management of resources through collaboration with Design Director and
PM/Senior Designer.
– Ability to represent G.A Group at executive-level meetings.
– Excellent communications skills; including report writing and presentation skills
and strong ability in Excel to document changes and respond to the client’s
requests.
