An extraordinary culinary experience inspired by the dynamic energy of bustling markets. Our design concept takes inspiration from the captivating charm of stalls and counters, each thoughtfully curated to unveil and showcase their unique produce. With an emphasis on the essence of a New York's farm-to-table, the all-day dining restaurant at Atlantis The Royal, creates an elevated gastronomic experience where guest interaction takes centre stage.
The scale of the space presented a significant aspect in shaping the design brief and direction. With a capacity of 600 covers inside and 300 on the terrace, a unique and exciting design challenge emerged.
Our objective was to depart from the conventional all-day dining restaurant approach characterised by counters and seating areas. Instead, we sought to forge a novel and captivating restaurant experience for guests, one that would consistently pique their interest, foster memorable experiences and leave lasting impressions.
The overall design aims to evoke a sense of discovery and exploration, enabling guests to embark on a culinary journey that transitions seamlessly between the buffet and à la carte dining experiences.
Through our meticulous attention to ID details, layout considerations and FF&E selection, we have successfully crafted a dynamic restaurant environment that offers a harmonious blend of continuity and diversity, providing guests with an engaging and localised dining experience.
