Relaxed elegance

G.A performed a complete renovation of this three-bedroom duplex apartment in Mayfair, the brief was to modernise and refresh; with an emphasis on maximizing both space and natural light. Our newly formalised architectural capabilities mean that G.A were able to cover the whole scope of this project, including some considerable architectural adjustments.

The house previously had three bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which were transformed into a stunning Master Bedroom suite, complete with a dressing room and a luxuriously spacious bathroom. To ensure the house remained a three-bedroom property, an unused downstairs dining room became a beautiful bedroom, full of soft muted tones and tasteful details.

The staircase was completely redesigned, unnecessary corridors were eliminated and doors heights were increased to emphasise the volume of rooms, all adding to the sleek opulence of this property. Attention to detail can be seen throughout the house, ensuring seamless continuity. From bespoke joinery and new timber and stone floors, to artwork and quality bed linens, each element of this turn-key project was carefully curated by the G.A team ensuring a flawless finish.
